Dear Boot Buddy,

Hi Adrian, Just a few lines to thank you for the first rate service we received from "Boot Buddy" a couple of weeks ago. We much appreciated the prompt attention we received upon arrival, and the friendly and constructive discussions to ensure that the product we got was what we wanted and not just a case of one size fits all. The Boot Buddy was produced quickly but time taken with various "fittings" to the vehicle to ensure a good fit and an individual product produced for each customer. More like having an expensive suit made than a liner for the boot of our BMW X5 to keep it clean when transporting our dogs.
The anti-slip mat works well and stays in place at all times, and what a bonus when cleaning the back of the vehicle. The time taken compared with cleaning other vehicles that our dogs have been in is reduced dramatically. ....Many thanks again for all the help with what we feel is a first rate product. N.B. All our boot liners are self supporting and free standing and do not rely solely on Velcro attachments. (Many cars with plastic trim, or velor type carpet in the boot space, do not accept traditional Velcro fittings. Please test before purchase of material boot liners with some "hook" Velcro).
