That's why we make absolutely sure you get exactly what you need everytime. Providing the details you send us are correct, we take full responsibilty for your Boot Buddy's quality, delivery and after care service. So you need not worry that you will be left high and dry!

If your Boot Buddy arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong size somehow, contact us immediately so we can resolve the problem. At our option we will either replace the Boot Buddy or make good any damage caused during transit to you. Failing that you can take advantage of our full product purchase price money back guarantee. All deliveries are insured against loss or damage.

As all of our Boot Buddy's are specifically made to fit your individual boot and your personal preferences, we can only offer refunds on certain terms. You are entitled to a full purchase price refund if:

You recieve a different size to what you ordered. We allow for fitting during manufacture.
Your Boot Buddy is damaged as a result of manufacture or delivery. We offer a replacement service at our discretion.

Please note while we work very hard to ensure all our customers are happy with their Boot Buddy, if you simply change your mind or decide against owning your Boot Buddy for reasons other than a misfit or damage in transit, we can only offer a refund on the cost of the item(s). Postage and PayPal fees (if applicable) will not be refunded.

N.B. Returned items must be securely wrapped in cardboard and outer brown parcel type paper. Failure to adhere to these packing requirements, set down by the carrier services, could invalidate any subsequent claim for loss or damage.
